Also, don't brush your teeth right after drinking pop!! It could actually increase your chances of cavities and make your teeth more sensitive. You need to neutralize the acid in your mouth before you brush. So either just wait a while, or eat some cheese/dairy. Same goes with fruit, wine, and pretty much anything with a high acidity. That dip is SO GOOD.
